Bålplads på Tumlepladsen Warming i Riis Skov

The fire pit belongs to Aarhus Municipality and can be booked via Book Naturen. If you are holding an event with more than approx. 50 people, you may also consider booking Fire Pit “Daus” at Tumlepladsen and possibly the fire hut. The fire pit is located at the top of a sloping terrain at Tumlepladsen in Riis Skov. There are ample opportunities for activities in the areas around the fire pit, such as: • An obstacle course • A speaker’s podium with associated spectator seating • Play equipment for smaller children • Football field Practical information: • Bring your own firewood. • It is permitted to collect dry branches from the forest floor. • There is approximately 200 meters to a pay toilet on Dronning Margrethes Vej – bring 2 DKK.
