Bytoften Shelter 1

Visit the two shelters and the fire hut at Bytoften near Langeskov. Bytoften is situated in scenic surroundings just a 5-minute drive from the Langeskov motorway exit. Here, you can also experience the story of Bytoften’s ancient landscape, where a number of farms and buildings from the Bronze Age, Iron Age, and Viking Age are marked in the area exactly where they were found and archaeologically excavated. Additionally, there is a packed lunch house with display boards and stories from the ancient landscape.
