Lejrplads Stendal Plantage - Shelter nr. 2

Stendal Plantage is situated in hilly terrain in an area where the Jutland ridge flattens out towards the former Alhede. The site is surrounded by forest. There are parking spaces at the forest entrances, south (Stendalvej) and east (Papsøvej) of Stendalgård, respectively. The shelter is one of 4 bookable shelters at the site. In the eastern part of the site, there is also a non-bookable shelter. There is water, a lunch house with a grill, a fire pit, a composting toilet with changing facilities, picnic tables, and a horse enclosure at the site.
