Lejrplads Stendal Plantage - Shelter nr. 4

Stendal Plantage is located in hilly terrain in an area where the Jutland ridge flattens out towards the former Alhede. The site is surrounded by forest. Directions: The site is located at Jagtjunkervej, approx. 500 m west of the old forester’s house Stendalgård. There are parking spaces at the entrances to the forest, south (Stendalvej) and east (Papsøvej) of Stendalgård, respectively. The shelter is one of 4 bookable shelters on the site. In the eastern part of the site, there is also a non-bookable shelter. There is water, a packed lunch house with a grill, a campfire site, a compost toilet with changing facilities, table/bench sets, and a horse enclosure on the site.
