About this spot
Shelter 1 is located in a group of 3 shelters in Hastrup Skov. Each shelter has space for 5-6 people. They are located in a group with a shared fire pit and grill. There is access to a composting toilet - bring your own toilet paper and hand sanitizer. If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring your own, but it is otherwise permitted to gather wood from the forest floor for use in the fire pit. The shelters cannot be booked, but are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis. However, it is expected that users share the site.
