The shelter site is set back in a field, surrounded by windbreaks, near the former Produktionsskole, Åstruphegnet 25, and quite close to Åstruphallen, where it is possible to fetch water and use the toilets during the hall’s opening hours. The spot has a bonfire site, grill grate, and firewood. It is approx. 2 km to shopping facilities and 5 km to a lovely swimming beach. The site is close to Sankt Gertruds Sti www.sanktgertrudssti.dk The shelters cannot be booked.
