About this spot
The shelter is located in the middle of town near the community hall, and near a playground available to the town. Here you will find a table and bench set and a fire bowl. The shelter is built from raw larch wood – including posts, floor, and roof covering (roofing felt shingles) – It is placed on a foundation of cement tiles. One of the walls is made of plexiglass, so you can also enjoy the view from inside the shelter. The shape is inspired by an inverted boat. (Both protection and means of transport). Larch wood will turn gray within a few years, which will blend well with the surroundings. Toilet facilities and water access are available at the church, approximately 100 meters from the shelter. Parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the shelter. The address is Gl. skolevej 2, 8500 Grenå
