Lovdal Skov, 33 ha, is located in a large continuous forest area between Thorsø Bakker and the privately owned Rustrup Skov. Except for the part closest to the lake, Lovdal Skov is not as topographically and naturally exciting as Thorsø Bakker. Like Thorsø Bakker, Lovdal forest is also designated for free tent camping. Lovdal Skov is furthermore a so-called B-forest, which is why organized activities involving off-path travel are not permitted.
