Tversted Plantage - Chr. Skovs vej

The site is located on a small grassy plain inside the forest where there is good shelter. There is a fire pit but no other facilities. Dry branches may be collected from the forest floor for firewood. Remember to extinguish the fire thoroughly. It is a cozy and quiet place to pitch your tent. The site cannot be booked, and cars are not permitted to drive onto the site. The nearest parking is 1.4 km south of the site at the parking lot by the forest road “Østerklitvej” located off Skagensvej. The nearest water/toilet is a good 1½ km to the northwest at Østerklit, right by the shelter site. Keep the site neat and always take your trash with you.
