Hang out under the treetops. At this site, there are four sets of poles with metal eyelets, so you can easily set up four hammocks with carabiners. The poles measure 185 cm in height. Bring your own hammock or borrow one for free from the hammock hotel at Tipperuphus – these can be booked through Nationalpark Kongernes Nordsjælland. Follow this link to book a hammock. At the hammock site, there is a small fire pit surrounded by four benches. The site is for free use on a first-come, first-served basis. Right next to the hammock site are the Anemonen shelter and Skovsyren shelter, which have their own fire pit with benches. You must bring your own water and firewood. It is permitted to collect branches from the forest floor for firewood, but trees must not be felled. The hammock site must be left tidy, and all waste must be carried out of the forest. Remember to extinguish the fire before leaving the hammock site!
