Tents may be pitched on the site, and there are 3 x 6-8-person shelters, one of which – “Linnæa” – can be booked here. If the shelter is not booked, it can be used on a “first come, first served” basis, just like the other two shelters. Read more about the site on its independent description here on UdiNaturen. Linnæa is the name of a small flower which, together with knærod and hjertebladet fliglæbe, is particularly widespread in Tversted Klitplantage. The plants are normally native to the boreal coniferous forests in Norway and Sweden.
