About this spot
Spurvehøgen is located in Nyrup Hegn right by a beautiful forest bog. There is room for 2-3 overnight guests in the shelter, and it is also possible to pitch a couple of tents within 20 meters of the shelter. The shelter site must be left tidy, and all trash must be taken out of the forest. The shelter cannot be booked, but is used on a first-come, first-served basis. The shelter was built with support from A.P. Møller Fonden.
