Sjøglytt - dagsturhytte i Stad kommune

The day-trip cabin Sjøglytt is located in Stad municipality. The cabin is located on Risnakken, directly above Selje center. On Risnakken, there are also outdoor exercise equipment, a lean-to shelter, and a play area. And not least, a fantastic view towards Selje center, the sand, Selja, Stadhalvøya, and Stadthavet. The cabin is located approximately 135 meters above sea level, a little under 1 kilometer from the center. The hike up takes around 30 minutes. The day-trip cabin is a low-threshold offer for hikers - a place to eat your packed lunch, warm up a bit, and browse books. Each cabin has a Nynorsk hiking library with many different books.
