Skaraly - dagsturhytte i Sunnfjord kommune

Skaraly is one of four day-trip cabins in Sunnfjord municipality. The cabin is located not far from Skardavatnen, on the same route as Storehesten up. The hike up takes approximately 40 minutes at a normal walking pace. The hike has varied ascent and is moderately demanding. The cabin is located approximately 750 meters above sea level, and the altitude difference from parking to the cabin is approximately 200 meters. The cabin has solar panels for indoor lighting. In addition, it has an outdoor toilet. The day-trip cabin is a low-threshold offer for hikers - a place to eat your packed lunch, warm up a bit, and browse books. Each cabin has a Nynorsk hiking library with many different books.
