Dagsturhytta i Levanger

Welcome to Dagsturhytta Levanger! The cabin is located on Skånestangen, a popular recreational area that has a large parking lot, bonfire spots, grills, benches, and an accessible toilet nearby. Here you have a great view of Trondheimsfjorden. The day-trip cabin is open and free to use all year round. Here you can take a break, eat your packed lunch, warm yourself, read a book, or chat with other hikers. You can spend the whole day here if you wish, but it is not allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Dagsturhytta Levanger is part of the Dagsturhytta Trøndelag project, and is funded by Trøndelag fylkeskommune, SpareBank 1 SMN, gaming funds from Norsk Tipping, and local funds. Levanger kommune owns the cabin and it is operated in collaboration with a local, voluntary organization.
