Trip description. The trip starts on a road in easily walked terrain from the parking lot by the grocery stores at Suldalsosen. On the road towards Stråpa, you cross the bridge over Suldalslågen, and approximately 200 meters after the bridge, you turn right towards Stråpa. After approximately 1 kilometer, you turn left and continue on a tractor road with a steady climb up the hillside. After approximately 600 meters on the tractor road, you cross the stream and turn left, and the road gradually turns into a path that leads up to the cabin on Bjødlenuten. The trip from the parking lot to the cabin is 2.4 km and takes about 45 minutes for an adult to walk. Allow more time if you are bringing children. The cabin is located 305 meters above sea level and there is around 225 meters of ascent on the trip up to the cabin.
