About this spot
The large round shelter is located in a clearing in a newer forest. It is an open woodland landscape with pleasant grassy paths around the area, many fruit trees, and grazing animals in the meadows. There is a campfire site, a picnic area, and it is permitted to collect dry firewood from the forest floor, but please leave living trees undisturbed and bring your own dry firewood if necessary. Access to water and a toilet is available at Trehøjevej 10. The shelter was built with support from the A.P. Møller Foundation.
