About this spot
Shelter 1 has space for 5 people and is located on the edge of the forest, with a view over Det Sydfynske Øhav. The campsite also includes another shelter - shelter 2 - Lyø, also of the ‘stenbider’ type, which can accommodate 3-4 people. There is a campfire site with a grill and a table/bench set. The shelters were built in collaboration with Geopark det Sydfynske Øhav and Faaborg-Midtfyn kommune. You can book priority for the shelter. You may stay for a maximum of two consecutive nights in the shelter. NB: In weeks 36-38, the composting toilet is temporarily closed. It is 700 meters to the sea. There is NO water.
