Koutrup Skov Shelter 1

Shelter site with 2 shelters, located 200 m south of Naturcenter Koutrupgård, bordering Koutrup Skov. The site is equipped with a campfire area and grill for each shelter. Access to a water tap. If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring your own, but it is otherwise permitted to gather wood from the forest floor for use at the campfire site. There is access to public toilets at Koutrupgård (entrance on the east side). Furthermore, there is space for setting up a small horse paddock. Shelter 1 cannot be booked. Access is on a “first-come, first-served” basis. However, it is expected that consideration is shown to other guests and that the space is shared. The shelter site is located 200 m from Hærvejen, 1 km from the springs of Gudenåen and Skjernåen, and 2 km from Rørbæk Sø and Tinnet Krat.
