Shelter i Brundby på Samsø, Mejerivej 40

The Mill Stump shelter is arranged in the stump of a former mill with five sleeping bunks, each approximately 115 cm wide. The regular shelter has space for two adults and two children. The internal dimensions are approximately 220 cm wide and 225 cm deep. There is a tent site to the right of the shelter for setting up your own hiking tent of max 4x3 m. In the Mill Stump shelter, there is a wood-burning stove/cooker, a frying pan, and a couple of pots. These may be used if you have booked the Mill Stump. If you have booked the regular shelter or the tent site, you must arrange use with any persons/guests in the Mill Stump. On top of the Mill Stump, there is a table/bench set and a beautiful view in all directions. At Mejerivej 10 (approx. 200 m from the shelter site) there are:

• Campfire site, playground, and ball court
• Toilet and sink, toilet paper, hand soap, and hand sanitizer
• Outdoor power socket and water tap
• EV charging box for electric cars
• Car parking available. There is a path from the clubhouse at Mejerivej 10 up to the shelters (approx. 200 m). Car parking is not allowed at the shelters. Cyclists can walk their bikes up to the site and park them at the shelters. The cutoff time for arrival and departure is 12:00 PM. The price for an overnight stay is DKK 50 per person (over 5 years) per night, payable upon booking via MobilePay 9 50259 “Brundby Shelter” once you have received confirmation of availability for the desired dates. If you do not have MobilePay, please inform us when booking. Children up to 5 years are free, and when booking the Mill Stump, they share a bunk with a paying person. The shelter site belongs to Brundby Borgerforening.
