The four fire pits are located adjacent to the shelters. You must cross a small ditch via a bridge with a few steps to get from Fodsporet up to the area with the fire pits. The shelters can be booked as a campsite for larger groups at www.naturstyrelsen.dk. > Book a campsite. Groups that have booked the campsite have priority to the fire pits. So, if you have not booked the campsite, you must wait to use the fire pits until they are available. You cannot expect to collect firewood at the sites. Therefore, bring your own firewood or briquettes – please leave the living trees alone.
