Bastrupstien, shelter ved Bastrup Sø

A small campsite, intended for individuals and small groups who want to stay overnight in nature with or without a tent. There is no toilet and no water tap. This site cannot be booked, but can be freely used on a “first come, first served” basis. Rules for using a small campsite: • You may stay a maximum of two nights at the same site. • Bring your own charcoal or firewood. You must not fell trees and bushes in the area. Remember to extinguish the fire before you leave the site. • Keep the site tidy, and remember to take your trash with you when you leave the area. Fishing in Bastrup Sø is leased to Fiskeringen, whose bridge and boat are located close to the site. The shelter is located on the trail connection “Bastrupstien”/Mølleåstien, which runs from Farum to Buresø. Directions by car: At Bastrup, follow Stengårdsvej to the parking lot at Bastrup Ruin. From there, down towards the lake.
