Flø Rast

Flø Rast is located on the outskirts of Flø Plantage and on the edge of Skjern Å. Flø Plantage is a beautiful, small nature area along Skjern Å. The site has 2 shelters and a fire pit. By Skjern Å, there is a canoe launch, a small lake, and tables and benches. There are free fishing rights with a state fishing license on the north side of the river between the motorway and Herningvej. Flø Rast is located approx. 3 km from Brande’s town center, where you can stock up on supplies. Users of the site can park at the commuter parking lot by the Brande Nord motorway exit, where toilets and a drinking water tap are also available. By following a path through the plantation, you will reach the shelter site. If you are cycling regional route 32, the site is located 1 km north of the route.
