Flydeshelter

The floating shelter is a floating platform at sea. The platform is circular and has a diameter of 6 meters. In the center of the platform, there is a circular depression surrounded by benches. One quarter of the platform is covered with a roof, so one can seek shelter from weather and wind. There is space for 4-5 adult persons under the covered part. The platform is equipped with a fixed bathing ladder so one can safely get out of the water. There is also a man-over-board rescue kit with a safety line. The platform is anchored to the seabed and cannot be moved, but it moves up and down with the tide. Practical information Stay on the platform is at your own risk There is a lifebuoy on the platform Swimming prohibited (the shelter is located in the harbor) No access to clean drinking water No access to toilet.
