Staksrode Skov Teltplads

The site is located on top of a coastal slope with a view of the sea. Access from the coast is via a steep coastal slope - the site is immediately adjacent to the beach. The site has a campfire site with a grill. If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring your own, but it is otherwise permitted to gather wood from the forest floor for use at the campfire site. Access from the land side is from the parking lot at Stenhøj Strand - from there, follow the path east for approx. 500 m to Brandbygade. The site is one of several coastal campsites along the East Jutland fjords and is marked with a pole from the waterside. GPS N 55 41.007 E 009 51.98. The tent site cannot be booked. Access is on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
