The site is located approx. 300 meters from Naturskolen and has four shelters with space for 6 people in each. There are several campfire sites and picnic tables, as well as a packed lunch house. It is free for Viborg Municipality’s municipal schools and institutions to use the shelter site. The shelters must be booked here: Homepage - Book a shelter. Toilets: There are public toilets at Naturskolen. Composting toilet at the shelter site. Bathing: There are no bathing facilities, but Hald Sø with lovely water is nearby. Firewood: Can be purchased at Længen by Naturskolen. Water: There is a frost-proof water tap at the site.
