In addition to the shelter, there is a campfire site with a grill and a table-bench set. There is no toilet and no waste container. Bring plastic bags for taking your own waste home, toilet paper, and wet wipes. Leave the site as you would wish to find it. It is permitted to collect small dry wood from the forest floor for use in the fire pit. For this, it is good to bring a small saw, a small splitting axe, and firelighters. Never saw into living trees. Alternatively, bring charcoal. You may pitch a few supplementary tents near the shelter. Also, follow the instructions on the information sign at the campsite. Advance booking: You can book priority for overnight stays in the shelter. You can have a maximum of two consecutive overnight stays in the shelter. It is only the shelter you are booking. Others may simultaneously use the facilities and pitch tents on the site. Booking can be made no earlier than 3 months before the overnight stay. When booking, you must occupy the shelter before 8 PM, otherwise your priority right will lapse. Access conditions: Motorized vehicle access to the site is not permitted, and permission for this cannot be applied for. It is part of the experience to hike there.
