Stige Ø - sheltergruppe i skoven

Overnight stays in these shelters are free of charge. However, an administration fee of 6 DKK per person is charged for reservations. They can be reserved at bookenshelter.dk ( https://bookenshelter.dk/fyn/shelterplads/stige-oe/ ). If the shelters are not occupied, you are very welcome to use them. However, if a group arrives that has reserved the spot, they have priority. A small amount of gas seepage from the underground may occur in the area. Therefore, it is forbidden to use tents on Stige Ø, as the gas can accumulate under the tent fabric. However, it is permitted to set up open bivouacs that are well-ventilated. You are welcome to light a campfire, but only at the designated campfire site. It is permitted to collect sticks for firewood from the forest floor. Please leave the site in an inviting condition for those who come after you.
