About this spot
The site is open to everyone, but is especially a good workshop for local schools and day care institutions. It is a place by the river that can be used for teaching and workshop activities, or as a resting place for wanderers by land and water. On the site, there is a shelter & workshop house with space for 10 sleepers. There is a fire pit and two outdoor work/dining tables. It is possible to land with canoes / kayaks. There is a water post up at Sct. Gertruds & Sct Birgittes Kapel by the northern boundary. The address is: Karlsgårdevej 37, 6800 Varde.
