About this spot
Blochsgård, with a history dating back to the 1500s, is today a stepping stone for family trips in the forest and dunes. Blochsgård is located in the heart of red deer country between Skallingen in the south and Ringkøbing Fjord in the north. Here, among other things, are facilities such as a packed lunch house, toilet, and campfire site. And from the site, both a long hiking trail (the yellow one) and a short hiking trail (the red one) start. At the site, there is: an exhibition about red deer and the nature they live in, a toilet with a low access threshold, a surface of grass, cobblestones, and tiles in the pavilions, a campfire site with a grill grate, and a small shelter with room for 4 people. At the site, there is no: firewood (you must bring your own), trash cans (you must take your own waste with you).
