About this spot
This shelter site is located by the old gravel pit, in the middle of nature. There are two shelters at the site that you can use; each shelter has room for 5 people. There are tables and benches at the site and a campfire area, so you can cook over an open fire. There is also a toilet and a packed lunch house nearby. There is running water at the toilet. You must bring your own firewood. There are trash cans in the area. Parking is not allowed by the shelters, but at the parking lot at Hulvej 31, 6731 Tjæreborg. It is approximately 500m from the parking lot to the shelters, toilet, and packed lunch house.
