About this spot
Sandager Næs Strand is one of Assens Kommune’s seven Badepunktstrande. Bathing water quality is measured at least 10 times during the bathing season from June 1st to September 1st. See measurement results HERE. The beach is approximately ½ km long and 10-20 m wide. The swimming area is shallow with sand. A bathing jetty is installed approximately midway along the beach. The bathing jetty is removed in winter. There are parking facilities and a year-round toilet (accessible toilet). An outdoor rinse shower is installed outside. Inside the toilet, there is a defibrillator. Behind the parking lot is a shelter site with a view over Lillebælt.
