Aborg Mark

The shelter and tent site at Aborg Mark is part of the “Blå Støttepunkter” (Blue Support Points) shelter concept, where you can stay overnight in new, modern, and coastal shelters all the way around Funen. The site is located right by cycle route 8, ‘Østersøruten’ (The Baltic Sea Route), and approximately 750 m from the water. There is a high probability of experiencing birds, deer, and other wildlife up close. The hosts, Trine and Allan, have converted the former stable, so it now contains toilets, a bath, a washing machine, and a kitchen with seating. On the site, there are four shelters and two fireplaces. Additionally, there is a separate area with ample space for pitching smaller tents. Thus, there are good opportunities for large groups to stay overnight at this hospitable site. The shelters must be booked on www.bookenshelter.dk, and it costs 40 DKK/person/night.
