About this spot
At the site, you will find two shelters, each accommodating 5-6 people. By the shelters, there is a campfire site with a grill and a table-bench set. Bring bags for collecting your own trash, toilet paper, and wet wipes. Leave the site clean, as you would wish to find it yourself. It is permitted to collect small wood for firewood, but if you want to be sure of dry wood, you should bring your own firewood or charcoal. It may be good to bring a small saw and a small splitting axe, as well as firelighters. Never saw into living trees! You are welcome to pitch a few smaller (2-3 person) tents at the site if there are more of you. Also, follow the instructions on the information sign at the site. Advance booking: You can book priority for overnight stays in the shelters. You can have a maximum of two consecutive overnight stays in the shelters. You only book the shelters. Others can simultaneously use the facilities, pitch tents at the site, and share the campfire area. Booking can be made no earlier than 3 months before the overnight stay. When booking, you must occupy the shelters before 8 PM, otherwise your priority will be forfeited. Access: The nearest parking lot can be found at Kulsviervej 148. From there, follow Marens Hulvej and please refrain from climbing the slopes, as it wears on nature and contributes to erosion of the slopes. We thank you for helping to take care of the special nature and culture of this place.
