By the shelter, you will find a fire pit with a grill and a picnic table set. Bring bags for collecting your own waste, toilet paper, and wet wipes. Leave the site clean, as you would wish to find it. It is permitted to gather small wood for firewood, but if you want to be sure of dry wood, you should bring your own firewood or charcoal. It can be good to bring a small saw and a small splitting axe, as well as firelighters. Never saw in living trees! You are welcome to pitch a few smaller (2-3 person) tents at the site if there are more of you. Otherwise, follow the instructions on the info sign at the site. Advance booking: You can book priority for overnight stays in the shelter. You can stay for a maximum of two consecutive nights in the shelter. You are only booking the shelter. Others can simultaneously use the facilities and pitch tents at the site and share the fire pit. Booking can be made at the earliest 3 months before the overnight stay. When booking, you must occupy the shelter before 8 PM, otherwise your priority will lapse.
