The shelter must be booked. The site consists of a smaller shelter and a fire pit with a bench. It is permitted to pitch two tents (max 3 persons) in the immediate vicinity of the shelter, a maximum of 10 meters away. You must bring your own water and firewood. However, it is permitted to collect dead branches from the forest floor, but trees must not be felled. Remember to take your trash with you and extinguish the fire before leaving the site. How to get there by car: The parking lot on Gillelejevej at Frederik IV’s Allé is located approximately 800m from the shelter. How to get there by public transport: Get off the bus at Skovskolen in Nødebo. Gillelejevej, which is the most direct route, is busy and unsuitable for pedestrians. Instead, walk through the forest. A trip of approx. 1.2km.
