The exhibition tells about the nature of the area and how the now defunct canal and weir sent water further down to Karlsgårdeværket to produce electricity. From Stemmeværkspladsen, you can hike along Kanalstien, which follows the now defunct canal. There is also a path to Ansager and Vejlevej. At Varde stream, there is a landing stage for canoes.
