Geotopen Slettingen - bookbart shelter Engelsød

At the overnight site “Geotopen”, in addition to a fire pit, woodshed, composting toilet, water, and covered table/bench, there are 2 shelters. It is one of the shelters - “Engelsød” - that can be booked here. Only the shelter is booked - the rest of the site must be shared with others. If the shelter is not booked, it is ‘first-come, first-served’. Engelsød has glass facing east, and the morning sun can shine in through the engraved glass. The shelter has been rethought in design, and by designers and an artist - with support from Statens Kunstfond and Brønderslev Kommune. Note that this shelter has seating on the side of the shelter with a fire pit, and there is also a bench/elevation at the back of the shelter.
