About this spot
A fire pit and picnic house are located adjacent to the marked hiking trail and close to Nybæk. Firewood is often provided, and it is permitted to gather dry branches for the fire from the forest floor. Never make a larger fire than necessary, and always extinguish the fire thoroughly when you are done. Drinking water (during the summer half-year) and a composting toilet are available, as well as shelters nearby. Keep the site tidy and take your trash home with you. The site is managed by local efforts from Løkken.
