Myrstribe

Primitive overnight site in the old garden, where Myrstribehus used to be located. The overnight site is very primitive and is located directly on the forest floor – there are very simple facilities such as a bonfire site and a reasonably flat forest floor. The grass is mown once a year, so expect long grass for parts of the year. There is room for 3-4 small tents at the site. Overnight stays are permitted for one night at the site. It is permitted to collect dead branches on the forest floor for firewood. Do not break branches off living trees. Remember to extinguish the bonfire THOROUGHLY after you, so that no embers remain – or stay until the fire has burned out completely, so that a wildfire does not occur. The nearest water tap is at Flagermusehuset across from Sigtevej 14, 3760 Gudhjem. The nearest toilet is at the Nordhus shelter site near Mortingevej 6, 3760 Gudhjem.
