Virkethus Lejrplads med stort shelter, Hannenov Skov

Large shelter and space for tents, close to a picnic area among old, special tree species, as this was formerly a forestry nursery. The campsite must be booked for groups of a minimum of 15 people. Smaller groups can use the site without prior booking. Groups that have booked the campsite have priority to the shelter. Max. 4 nights. Fire pits and tables/benches are available at the site. Toilet and water at the green community center Virkethus. Virkethus is located at Virketvej 39 in Hannenov Skov, 4863 Eskilstrup. If Virkethus itself is to be booked, an application must be sent via Guldborgsund Municipality’s booking page. The shelter was built with support from A.P. Møller Fonden.
