Shelter på Trelde Næs Syd

The outermost part of Trelde Næs, 100 ha, is protected and owned by Fredericia Municipality. There is public access to the beautiful natural area, which includes forest, stunning coastal slopes, and a good bathing beach. The area is connected to a larger privately owned forest area. Water and (handicap) toilet at the gable end of the farm building by the large parking lot, approx. 1 km from the site. The nature center provides access to toilets, but is closed during winter. Firewood is available on the forest road leading up from the farm building to Trelde Næs south from the large parking lot. It costs 25,- DKK and must be paid to Mobile Pay no. 953318. Dogs on leash are allowed. The nearest shopping option is the Minimarket at the campsite 1.6 km away, and otherwise Daglig Brugs in Egeskov, approx. 7.4 km from the site.
