About this spot
The view from the shelters is fantastic. You look out over Søndersø with the island Hestø closest. If you keep an eye out, there is a great chance to see sea eagles soaring over the lake. You are also welcome to walk around Naturskolen’s 8 hectares with flowering meadows or use the bridge by the school and catch a fish for dinner. Drinking water and a toilet are available at Naturskolen. If you arrive with a horse, the horse or horses can stay in one of the 2 paddocks with water next to the shelter site.
