There are only a few meters down to Søndersø with a bird hide and a view across to Hestø. You will often be able to see sea eagles soaring over the lake. You are welcome to walk on Naturskolen’s blossoming meadows, or use the bridge and catch a fish for dinner. Drinking water and a toilet are available at Naturskolen. If you arrive by canoe or kayak, you can dock right below Naturskolen. Shelters are locked and a code is provided upon booking. Firewood can be purchased when ordering.
