About this spot
Coastal tent site on the edge of Horsens Fjord with a view of Hjarnø. The site is equipped with a fire pit with a grill. If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring it yourself, but otherwise it is allowed to gather wood from the forest floor for use in the fire pit. Access from the land side is via the parking lot at Tønballe Skov - from there, follow the coastal path to the east. The site is one of a series of coastal campsites along the East Jutland fjords and is marked with a pole from the waterside. GPS: N 55 48.626’ E 010 03.630’ The tent site cannot be booked. Access is on a “first come, first served” basis.
