About this spot
The site features 2 shelters on a green area, where a few additional tents can be pitched without prior booking. Located directly by the small Sandvig harbour between Præstø and Kalvehave. Toilet and drinking water are available at the harbour. Bring your own firewood for the campfire. There are two BBQ areas and picnic tables. The site is located on the Sjællandsleden hiking trail. Shelters can be booked. Arrive at the shelter before 8:00 PM, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. If the shelter is not booked in advance, it may be used freely. The shelter was built with support from the A.P. Møller Foundation.
