Tornskaden shelter

The Tornskaden shelter is located in the middle of Gribskov, close to Gribsø. The shelter has space for two people, perhaps three if you lie a bit close. The shelter is situated on a hill with very beautiful nature. The area is somewhat open, offering lovely peace and quiet without any major roads nearby, so you can lie undisturbed right in the middle of nature. In front of the shelter, there is also a small fire pit. As there is no marking from the local forest road to the shelter itself, you must find it using the GPS points. GPS points: 55.983674 12.299353. Despite the shelter being in the middle of Gribskov, there are good public transport options; you can take the train to Gribsø station, followed by a hike of approx. 1.5 kilometers, or you can go to Kagerup station if you desire a slightly longer hike.
