About this spot
Davinde Sø is located in the Tarup-Davinde area in southeast Odense. This is a lovely recreational area where stone and gravel were previously quarried. Here, in addition to swimming, there is the opportunity to study birds or take a trip on the water in a rented canoe. You can also choose to stay overnight in one of the 2 shelters with a view of the lake. A brisk walk to the top of the hill provides a fantastic view of the area and possibly Storebæltsbroen in clear weather. There are also riding trails in the area. If you choose to swim, be aware that it quickly gets deep, so remember to keep an eye on the children.
