About this spot
South of the city, towards the citadel, pleasant beachside parking. NAFPLIO = NAUPLIE in French. The market is at the old train station on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Starting point for a beautiful walk along the sea. To park in Nafplio, several solutions: during the week on the port pier (on weekends, it’s Deauville) or near the old train station, close to the center. To visit the fortress, you can go there by camper van; the bus ride is short, but choose to go there when the tourists who came by bus are eating. Another parking lot is at the exit of the city, towards the north, by the sea, near the construction sites.
