About this spot
Château Haut Pezaud - Since March 1, 2024, Aurelie Pecher (oenologist) has taken over this small winery, whose family history could not be otherwise. I welcome campers year-round. Free wine tasting: 6:00 p.m./6:30 p.m. in mid-season and all day in season. You will also find local products such as duck preserves, biscuits made with Périgord walnuts, honey, etc. We also offer appetizer platters made from 100% seasonal Périgord products (for 2 people). Reservations are required upon arrival, from May to September only. The pitches are grassy and hard-surfaced. Some are partially shaded, which is pleasant during periods of extreme heat. For self-contained vehicles (with toilet and water), maximum: 2 nights (1 night in August). For vans, pickup trucks, or cargo vans, the pitch price includes use of the bathroom and shower (price valid for 2 people). For everyone’s comfort, and given that there is only 1 shower and 1 toilet, the number of vans is limited to 2-3 per night maximum. It is strongly recommended to notify your arrival before 6 p.m. Free: toilet cassette emptying, Wi-Fi. Numerous summer activities (May to October) including escape games and Cluedo in the vineyards, winegrower’s picnics, cellar tours, etc. Reservations are required at the number available to subscribers.
